Simple and effective steps to improving yourself and your life

I just love this book! The cover and binding are beautiful, yet simple, reflecting the simplicity of the 21 steps in each section. This is a great workbook for any person or workshop group who wants to change habits and thoughts. The examples are helpful and the absence of a specific spiritual or religious preference is refreshing because it allows us all to find our own way.

This book is spot on! Simple, elegant, and easily digestible. It was a joy every time I picked it up, whether I read 2 or 20 pages. The quotes are inspirational, Sunnarborg’s thoughts are clear and concise, and the stories provided great illustrations. I will be keeping this gem handy to go back to again and again!
